| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard but not American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

| Guarantee All Kaba Garog motors carry a unique identification and are carefully checked and tested during manufacture and prior to dispatch for your peace of mind. Our limited warranty will apply for 12 months from date of delivery; however we will not accept liability for incorrect installation of the product or products damaged by misuse beyond its design duty. In the unlikely event of product failure we will readily replace it free of charge, subject to our returns policy detailed below. Installation must be carried out in accordance with current electrical safety regulations by a competently trained door engineer. |

| Returns Policy Kaba Garog will readily replace, repair or credit any of its products that may fail during its warranty. Products ordered incorrectly can be returned for credit, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. A surcharge may be levied for restocking, depending on the type of product. For reasons of traceability, an invoice may be raised, until the failed product is returned for inspection by our engineers or the manufacturers. Products misused by the customer are none refundable as per our Guarantee terms above For none account customers payment must be made prior to a replacement being shipped if the original product has not been returned for inspection. Once we receive the failed product we guarantee a speedy inspection and resolve.
