Yes: Throughout the product pages the web site has no specific security measures but when you get to the payment page when making a purchase the web site is absolutely secure. The information that you in-put is relayed through 128bit encryption. We know of no case where encryption of even half this complexity has been used fraudulently. This encryption is similar to the service that is used by the major banks and many other financial institutions.

Do you offer an installation service for your products?

The Answer is that we do not offer an installation service ourselves. We do however have a number of independent door / service & repair contractors whom we can recommend to carry out this work. the contract for this installation work exists between yourself and the service providing company. All the companies that we recommend are companies that are experienced & we have trained in the installation work.
For new installing customers we recommend our training days at warrington or on special bespoke systems we can offer and "assisted install" at competitive rates
